Service Areas

We proudly serve homeowners and commercial clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including but not limited to:

Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Thornhill, Aurora, Newmarket, Unionville, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, and surrounding regions.

Certain services (such as snow removal) may be limited to specific locations and will be clearly communicated in advance.

Estimates & Scheduling

All estimates are free and no-obligation unless otherwise stated.

Estimates may be provided virtually or on-site, depending on the service.

Scheduled services are subject to weather conditions, site readiness, and safety considerations.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation or estimate.

We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed to in writing or verbally.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated during booking.

Warranty & Work Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.

Select services may include a workmanship or maintenance-related warranty (typically 4–5 years), provided the issue is not caused by neglect, improper maintenance, environmental factors, or third-party interference.

Warranty details, if applicable, will be explained at the time of service.

Liability & Damage Policy

Tree Removal follows industry-standard safety and liability practices and is fully licensed and insured.

Clients must report any concerns regarding property damage within 24 hours of service completion.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

- Pre-existing conditions

- Hidden underground utilities or obstacles

- Tree defects not visible during inspection

- Natural events or environmental factors beyond our control

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Ensure clear and safe access to the work area

- Secure pets, vehicles, and personal belongings before service

- Obtain permission for access if the property is rented or shared

- Inform us of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or sensitive structures

- Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree removal and storm damage services are offered on a priority basis when safety is at risk. Availability depends on weather conditions, crew capacity, and site accessibility.
